We respect intellectual property and ask you to do the same. Your content: you keep ownership of what you create and post. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Reporting infringement: if you believe content on ARound infringes your copyright, send a notice through Settings → Help (or the contact address listed there) that includes: identification of the work, a link to the material on ARound, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent, and your signature. Our response: we will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, act against repeat infringers. Counter-notice: if your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the required information and we will follow the applicable process. Trademarks: "ARound", "Genesis", and related names and logos are our marks; don't use them in a way that implies endorsement without permission.
