Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. ARound honors these rights regardless of your location where we reasonably can. Your rights may include: to access the data we hold about you; to correct inaccurate data; to delete your data; to receive a copy in a portable format; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent you previously gave. EEA / UK (GDPR & UK GDPR): we process data under lawful bases such as performing our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests in running and securing the service. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. United States (including California's CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws): you can request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. ARound does not sell your personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. How to exercise them: use Profile → Privacy and Data Deletion Request in the app, or contact us through Settings → Help. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
