Service Providers & Subprocessors

ARound uses a small set of trusted service providers to run the product. They process data only on our instructions, under agreements that require appropriate security and limit their use of the data. Typical categories we rely on: cloud hosting and database (application data and backups); maps and places data (discovery); email delivery (account, transactional, and business-approved messages); push/notification delivery; error monitoring and privacy-preserving analytics; and, for businesses that turn them on, the specific connectors you authorize. We choose providers that offer strong security and, where relevant, support data-transfer safeguards for international processing. We keep an up-to-date list of our material subprocessors and will make reasonable efforts to notify business customers of changes that affect them.
