What Genesis does
It notices what changed
A lead arrives, a payment fails, a review appears, your week falls behind plan. Genesis sees these as they happen rather than waiting to be asked.
It decides whether it matters
Most of what happens in a business needs no response. Genesis decides what to ignore, what to simply remember, what you should know about, and what somebody should act on.
It assigns the work
When something needs doing, Genesis gives it to the right Specialist with the context they need — and with the limits you set on what they may do.
It brings you the decisions
Anything that is genuinely yours to decide comes to you, with what Genesis found and what it recommends. It does not guess on your behalf.
How much it does on its own is your call
You decide how independently your Specialists can work. They can prepare work, ask before completing it, or complete repeatable work within limits you set. High-impact actions such as significant spending, moving money, contracts, price changes, destructive changes, and expanding permissions always come back to you.
Every completed action leaves a record showing what happened, why, and under whose permission.
