Break-even calculator

Enter your fixed monthly costs, your price, and what each sale costs you to deliver. The result is how many sales a month you need before the business is covering itself — the point below which everything else is theoretical.

When it refuses to answer

If the price is at or below what a sale costs to deliver, there is no number of sales that breaks even — more volume loses more money. The calculator says so rather than showing a very large figure, because a large figure implies the problem is reach when the problem is the price.
